The Raiders of `Iolani School enter the 2021-22 season with a young, capable roster, helmed by Head Coach Ryan Hirata. Seniors Jack Jones, Zacary Tenn and Bailey Bumanglag will be counted out to provide leadership along with their valued on-court experience. Talented guards Aaron Claytor and JJ Mandaquit will be expected to impact the game on both ends of the floor for the Raiders as well.
Coach Hirata commented on the team: “After losing a season to COVID last year, we are excited to get back out on the court this season. We expect to play an exciting brand of basketball on both ends of the floor. We also expect to work on the defensive end and compete for a full 32 minutes every time out in hopes of preparing to make a run in ILH League gauntlet.
